Tips for Exhibitors:

  • Show will start at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 14, 2018
  • No Coggins required.
  • Insurance is required. Proof of insurance must be presented to show secretary before exhibitors will be allowed to compete. Proof can be included with entries or shown day of the show.
  • Entries can be emailed or called in directly to show chairperson.
  • $10 entrance fee per exhibitor – paid on the day of the show.
  • Prize money will not paid at ringside day of show.
  • No Stallions allowed on the grounds.
  • No coaching will be tolerated from the rails.

PRIZE MONEY FOR SECTIONS 1 to 27:

1st $15; 2nd $12; 3rd $10; 4th $8; 5th $6; 6th $5

Ribbons to 6th place in all sections

  1. Junior Showmanship – horse or pony, handler 12 years and under
  2. Junior Showmanship – horse or pony, handler 13 to 17 years
  3. Senior Showmanship – horse or pony, handler 18 and over
  4. Grand Champion Showmanship – 1st and 2nd place from each showmanship age group compete for Grand and Reserve Champion
  5. Halter – ponies 14.2 hh and under, mares and geldings – all ages of handlers
  6. Halter – mares 14.2 hh and over – all ages of handlers
  7. Halter – geldings 14.2 hh and over – all ages of handlers
  8. Grand Champion Halter – 1st and 2nd place from each Halter category compete for Grand and Reserve Champion
  9. Junior Leadline – English or Western – walk only – for riders not entered in a trot class. Must be led by an adult
  10. Junior Leadline Game – English or Western – for riders not entered in a trot class – must be led by an adult.
  11. Junior Walk/Trot – English or Western – for riders not entered in a canter class.
  12. Senior Walk/Trot – English or Western – for riders not entered in a canter class.
  13. Junior Walk/Trot Ride-A-Two Bareback – for riders not entered in a canter class. Bring your toonie to the ring and receive a paper for under your leg. Rider who keeps their paper the longest wins.
  14. Jr. English Pleasure – ponies 14.2 hands & under
  15. Jr. English Pleasure (horses 14.2 hands and over)
  16. Senior English Pleasure
  17. Open Pair Class – English or Western – walk trot only. Entry fee required for each rider. Prize awarded for each rider.
  18. Junior English Equitation–ponies 14.2 hands and under
  19. Junior English Equitation–horses 14.2 hands and over
  20. Senior English Equitation – 18 and over
  21. Junior Western Pleasure – 17 and under
  22. Senior Western Pleasure – 18 and over
  23. Junior Western Horsemanship – 17 and under
  24. Senior Western Horsemanship  – 18 and over
  25. Junior Hunter over fences – 17 and under (jumps 2’)
  26. Senior Hunter over fences – 18 and over (jumps 2’)
  27. Junior Equitation over fences – 17 and under (jumps 2’)
