HOURS OF OPERATION AND GATE ADMISSION TIMES

Almonte Fair is open

Friday 4-11 (with the beer gardens closing at 1am)

Saturday 10-11 (with the beer gardens closing at 1am)

Sunday 10-5

 

We will be charging at the gates:

Friday July 13, 2018
4:00pm to 9:00pm

Saturday July 14, 2018
10:00am to 9:00pm
Gate 2 will be open at 8am for livestock

Sunday July 15, 2018
10:00am to 3:00pm

Please Note
After 9:00pm, Friday and Saturday night,a $5 cover charge will apply for entrance to the Beer Tent
Normal admission prices to the grounds apply until 9 pm

For your enjoyment, Carter Shows will be open:
Friday: 4pm – 11pm
Saturday: 11am – 11pm
Sunday: 12am – 5pm

DO YOU MAKE THE BEST CHILI? “PROVE IT!!”

CHILI COOK-OFF Saturday, July 14, 2018 @ 4:00 pm

All entries must be in the designated area of Agricultural Hall by 3:00 pm on Saturday July 14, 2018

Judging will commence at 4pm.

PRIZE MONEY 1st $50; 2nd $25; 3rd $10

Rules :
All entries must registerat the office
(obtain an entry number &tag.)
All entries must be in electric crock pots.
All entries to include a “list of ingredients”.
All entries will be judged by the public.

In order to judge the chili entries, a person must pay $3.00 which entitles them to judge each chili entry and includes a dinner roll and a bottle of water. Payment of $3.00 to be made at the Chili site

This years we are bring in Birds of Prey as an event at the fair July 14th and 15th.  Come see these fabulous birds fly over our heads and amaze us.  We even get to go up close and see them too!  For more information on them please go to www.canadianraptorconservancy.com
